There is great variety in the timing of each specific search engine indexing. (How often they send out spiders to grab new web pages for their databases) Currently, it often takes at little as a 30 days and as much as 120 days to see the full effect of top-notch search engine positioning programs like ours.

Our response time for completion of the setup phase is 1-2 weeks for most of our packages. This means from the time your deposit is received to the date of submission. We consistently strive to keep our clients well informed of their project advancement. If there are any delays, we will attempt to contact you to let you know the reason. If at any time you feel the need to check on the status of your project, just contact us.
Week One
The first week of your promotion, you can expect to see a small increase in website traffic due to the paid inclusions with Inktomi, Teoma and / or AltaVista (refer to your package details to see what inclusions you receive).
You will also be receiving a competitive keyword analysis detailing some of the keyword phrases that we feel will work best for your site. At that point, we will work with you to narrow the phrases down to something that all of us feel will be profitable.
* Note - We recommend that if paid submissions are not included in the cost of your particular package, that you include this portion in your agreement with us.
Week Two
Once we have settled on competitive keyword phrases, we will then build the meta tag structure that will reside on each of the major pages of your site. Each set of meta tags will be built according to the theme of the page they are being placed on. We do not place keywords about "apples" on a page that is selling / providing information about "oranges".
After the meta tags have been adjusted and placed on each major page of your site, we will submit your site to the major search engines and directories for inclusion.
If your site has never been indexed, (added to the search engines databases) because it is new or has not been promoted in the past, the time to do so will be approximately 30 days.
Week Four
Once your site has been indexed by the top search engines and directories, you will receive your first positioning report. This will give you a general idea of where your keywords are listed and how far they need to travel to reach the top positions that you have purchased.
* Please Note - if you don't see many keywords listed on your ranking report it is not because they aren't being promoted. It simply means that they are not yet ranked high enough to show up on the reports. Most of our reports show results for the top 30 to top 50 positions.
Week Eight
By week eight, you will start seeing much more keywords appearing in positions from the top 50 up to the top 10 of the major search engines but since this is only the first update after you have been submitted and indexed, you will not see any amazing results.
90 - 120 Days From Indexing
At 90 to 120 days from the time your site is indexed, you will see your top results. At that point, all of the keyword phrases that you have contracted for will be listed in a minimum position of top 20 or higher depending on your contract.
From this point on, we will work on a monthly basis to assure that you maintain top positions. As we see necessary, we will edit or tweak your meta tags and help with content fixes to keep you listed in the best possible positions.
Monthly Reports
Every month we are continuing to work to get your website higher and higher in the search engines. We will generate an analysis report, which shows your current standings in the search engines, as well as some pointers that you yourself can do to help increase rankings as well.
As stated in our next section, Guarantees, it is tough to guarantee these numbers, due to differences in competitiveness of a key phrase, and current algorithm standards. These totals are based on our years of experience, and the averages of what we have been able to do for all of our clients, both past and present.
